Falgun

Falgun or फागुन or फाल्गुन is a eleventh month of Nepali Calendar which lies between second half of February and first half of March month. Falgu Purnima, Shivaratri, Democracy day, Ghyalpo Lhosar are the festivals in the month of Falgun. Falgun month consists of either 29 or 30 days. This month lies in the winter season or Shishir Ritu in Nepali. The weather is starts to improve in the Falgun month. There is very low to no rainfall in this month in Nepal. Farmers continue busy in potato cultivation in the month of Falgun.
